The TOX® ElectricDrive Servo Drive for your Electromechanical Press
The TOX®-ElectricDrive Core System consists of the electric servo press TOX®-ElectricPowerDrive, the controller unit TOX®-PowerModuleCore and the cable set. Also included in the scope of delivery as standard is the TOX®-Software, which can be installed operating system-independently on your Windows or Linux PC or on the optional TOX® UDI Panel. It is used for the parameterization and configuration of all system parameters and for the visualization of data or storage of quality data or archiving on a server.

If the focus is on high flexibility, high dynamics and precision, electromechanical presses are the ideal basis for presses and robot tongs. With the electromechanical drive system TOX®-ElectricDrive Core, TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK realizes modular servo presses that are easy to configure. They are suited to a wide range of applications:
Compared to pneumohydraulic drives, a servo motor is responsible here for the optimum drive torque. A screw drive converts this directly into a linear motion, which acts directly on the working piston. The efficient combination of maintenance-free motor and screw drive generates press forces from 0.02 up to 1000 kN. While the version with ball screw represents the more cost-efficient solution, joining modules which must realize high loads use the planetary threaded spindle (e.g. for punching applications).
